Born and raised in Mount Laurel, NJ, Scott is a passionate individual with a commitment for personal growth and helping others overcome challenges. Graduating from Lenape High School, Scott participated in both ice hockey and lacrosse, showcasing dedication and teamwork from an early age.

At the age of 22, Scott faced a significant turning point in life, battling addiction to various substances. Recognizing the need for change, he embarked on a journey of recovery and achieved sobriety in 2014, marking a transformative chapter in his life.

Driven by a newfound purpose, Scott returned to academia, earning degrees in both business and behavioral analysis. He discovered a calling in the field of addiction treatment and decided to make a meaningful impact by helping others navigate the path to recovery.

Entering the field in 2017 in Operations, Scott found joy in building teams and implementing efficient systems to enhance the quality of care provided. He brings a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise to create a supportive and empowering environment for individuals on their recovery journey.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Scott enjoys decompressing at the gym or unwinding at the beach. You can also find him on the golf course, playing with his dog Bauer, or seeking out the next book to add to his collection.
