Primary Therapist

Marykate DiBenedetto (RMHCI) is a Primary Therapist. Marykate earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Montclair State University and earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Marykate feels passionate about the importance of physical and mental health and how each plays a role in the other’s overall well-being. Marykate utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Person-Centered Approach, Solution-focused, Psychoeducation, and Narrative Therapy. Marykate works with clients in group and individual sessions addressing goals and establishing a treatment plan specific to each person’s needs. She encourages open communication of life experiences, emotions, and thoughts.
