In fact, Mr. Effron had friends and family members that personally struggled with addiction. He himself overcame his own personal struggle with addiction as well. As a father, he wanted to ensure that if, God forbid, his children ever needed help with addiction there would always be a place for them to go; a quality treatment facility that one would feel comfortable and confident sending their loved one.
This personal mission quickly developed into creating a recovery environment where every person that comes to Legacy Healing Center becomes family. Mr. Effron went to great lengths to ensure that the staff at his facility could offer a holistic form of recovery. Not only does Legacy Healing Center offer the traditional group and individual therapy options, but patients have the ability to participate in acupuncture, yoga and workout with a personal trainer. The top of the line chefs provide residents with healthy and delicious food as well as freshly pressed juices throughout the day.

One of the unique features about Legacy Healing Center is that we realize that there cannot be a “one size fits all” approach to recovery. With this in mind, Mr. Effron worked to develop various treatment programs to suit the needs of any patient. When you come to Legacy, you can opt to enroll in inpatient treatment and remain on our campus for 30, 60 or even 90 days. Another option is the intensive outpatient program which provides you with the flexibility of choosing the time that you come to Legacy based on your personal or professional responsibilities.
Mr. Effron also understood the fact struggling with addiction is something that tends to affect the entire family. With this realization, he also saw that Legacy Healing Center needed to offer a neutral environment where family members of a patient could come in order to begin to put the pieces of their relationship back together.
