During your time at Legacy Healing, you will take part in different therapy forms that will help you heal physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Do Luxury Rehab Centers Have Private Rooms?

We realize that your privacy is an important aspect of your overall life. However, when it comes to your recovery plan, you must remain open to the insight and guidance from the other clients and the Legacy team during the duration of your stay at our facility.  

With this in mind, we do not offer private rooms at Legacy. You can rest assured that you will still have your own time for private reflection throughout your day. If you have any further questions about our room layout, please speak to one of our intake specialists.

Do Luxury Rehabs Have On-Site Chefs?  

You can rest assured that you will never go hungry during your time at Legacy Healing. Our top-of-the-line chefs will give you numerous options for delicious meals that you can enjoy throughout your treatment. Remember, if you have any dietary restrictions, please let one of our intake specialists know during your initial call and be sure to reiterate those restrictions once you get to Legacy.  

Do Luxury Rehabs Offer Personal Trainers?  

We believe that your physical health is just as important as your psychological health, especially while you are on the road to recovery. One of the best things that you can do for yourself while working on your sobriety is to get into the habit of working out. Exercise can help naturally reduce your stress level, which can help you process the different aspects of your recovery much better.  

If you have never worked out before or you would like to put together a comprehensive exercise plan, you can always ask to meet with one of our personal trainers. This one-on-one experience can help you craft your overall physical fitness goals.

Thomas Jefferson Memorial 

Thomas Jefferson is known as one of our nation’s founding fathers. He was one of the men that signed his name to the Declaration of Independence without knowing whether his death would follow shortly after that for treason. Between 1939 and 1943, President Franklin D. Roosevelt oversaw the construction of the Jefferson Memorial. The concept of the memorial was built as a way to honor President Jefferson and his incredible contributions to our country. Visitors can learn more about his life, including his often-risqué personal history.

Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum

Do you enjoy learning more about the history of aviation? Have you always pictures yourself soaring among the stars in space? If so, the National Air and Space Museum is a venue that should be on your list of places to visit. The National Air and Space Museum is home to numerous exhibits that give visitors a better understanding of the development of aviation and humanity’s further adventures into space. You will see the “Spirit of St. Louis,” which was the plane used by Charles Lindbergh in the first solo transatlantic flight. You will also see the Apollo 11 Command Module, which was used by Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong during their visit to the moon.

United States Botanic Garden

Without question, the United States Botanic Garden is one of the most beautiful places to visit in the Washington, D.C. area. The United States Botanic Garden first opened to the public in 1820. Today, the garden comprises of many smaller habitats that include a section specifically for rare and endangered plans, desert species, and medicinal plants. Admission to the gardens is free of charge. However, the operating hours do vary, so you will want to check ahead before your visit.
