What Is Drug Rehab Like?

The time you spend at Legacy Healing will primarily be spent participating in different forms of therapy and activities that will help reinforce the lessons you are learning during your day. Examples of treatment that we offer at Legacy Healing include behavioral therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

Individual therapy, also known as one-on-one therapy, will play an important role in your overall treatment. During these sessions, you will meet in a personalized setting with our team members to discuss various aspects of your addiction and your recovery. If you are interested in adjusting or extending the length of your treatment plan, we will coordinate with you during your session.

What to Expect

Your experience at Legacy Healing will significantly depend on the treatment plan that you utilize. You can either opt to go through our inpatient program or our outpatient program. Clients who decide to work through an inpatient program will live on our campus throughout their treatment plan. We will provide you with all the amenities of a home to make your stay more comfortable. Our team believes this approach gives you the best possible chance of meeting your treatment goals.

We realize that certain clients do not have the flexibility to attend our inpatient program. For these types of clients, we also offer an outpatient program. During this treatment, you will come to Legacy Healing at set days and times during the week to participate in treatment and then leave the facility once treatment is completed for the day.
