Gissela Martinez

Assistant Program Director

Gissela began her career in the field of addiction in 2017. She started as a BHT, and worked her way up to Clinical Coordinator before joining Legacy Healing California as our Assistant Program Director in 2023. Before this, Gissela had her own struggles with addiction, and she never thought there would be a way out. After receiving treatment herself, Gissela realized that she could recover, in mind, body, and spirit. She feels blessed and fortunate to have walked the journey she has. It was this journey that compelled her to work in the field of addiction, as she wanted to help others in the same way she was once helped. Gissela is extremely devoted to providing quality patient care, and embodies empathy, sympathy, and an unparalleled work ethic.
