What Types of Durations are There?

Once you’ve made the decision to seek treatment at a behavioral health center, one of the most important decisions to make is the length of time you intend to spend in treatment. Many patients do not realize that Legacy Healing Center provides patients with a personalized approach to their recovery plan. We supply various rehab options including a 30, 60, or 90-day inpatient or outpatient program.

Before you select the duration of your rehab program, we always recommend that you consider going through our detox program if you are still actively struggling with addiction. You should never try to detox without the help of a medical professional. Our team keeps a watchful eye over you during these difficult days to ensure that your health is never jeopardized as a result of experiencing withdrawal symptoms. Typically, detox only lasts for a few days so you will quickly be able to get into your treatment program.

Benefits of 30, 60 and 90-Day Rehabs

We realize that rehab can never be a one size fits all program.  There are numerous benefits to each of our rehab programs. A 30-day program is ideal for patients who realize that they have a problem and want to learn more about what they can do to help themselves. This program is the first step toward breaking the vicious cycle of addiction.

Our 60-day program is an extension of our 30-day program. During a 60-day program, you will continue to build on the various types of therapy that you experienced during your 30-day program and discover the reasons or events that may have led you to addiction.

Although any patient can take part in our 90-day rehab program, the structure of the program is well-suited for a person who has struggled with long-term addiction. Keep in mind that if you have a long-standing addiction, it will take time for you to learn new behaviors and ways of thinking.

It’s important to remember that regardless of the duration of your program if you commit yourself to the process you are sure to feel the benefits of rehab. You will take part in different forms of therapy including group and individual therapy. Group therapy focuses on connecting with other rehab attendees while discussing various aspects of recovery. One on one therapy, also known as individual therapy, allows you to speak privately with one of our counselors about all aspects of your journey toward sobriety. If you are feeling uncomfortable with your treatment or you would like to extend your stay, this is also an ideal way to convey those feelings.

Read What Our Alumni Has to Say

What Happens After Rehab?

We realize that your journey toward sobriety is one that you will be on for the rest of your life. With this in mind, we developed our Addiction Aftercare program. Addiction Aftercare allows you to continue to receive the support and reinforcement you need once you are done with your rehab program. Do you need assistance in finding a 12-step meeting? Would you like to continue taking part in family support groups or therapy? Addiction Aftercare provides you with that opportunity.

Addiction Aftercare was also created with the intention of connecting alumni with each other. If you are having a difficult day or you would like to attend a meeting with a familiar friendly face, our program gives you the option of reaching out to fellow alumni. This program reinforces the fact that it is not expected that every day after rehab will necessarily be easy, however, through faith-based drug rehab you have resources that you can take advantage of so you do not need to resort to substance abuse.
