What Is Inpatient Drug Rehab?

When you are stuck in the vicious cycle of addiction, you may feel like you are in a ride that you cannot escape. Each day, you may wake up with the best intentions of being your last day that you will use your drug of choice. However, inevitably, you fall back into the same unhealthy habits. In time, your addiction begins to take hold of every aspect of your life. Your personal and professional relationships will start to take a turn for the worst. You may not be able to manage certain features of your life that you were once able to do with ease.

The inpatient drug treatment program at the Legacy Healing Center in South Florida can help you overcome the pull of addiction. Our counselors work with you to construct a personalized plan that allows you to accomplish your recovery and sobriety goals.

How Long Does Rehab Last?

The length of time you spend at our treatment facility is one that we suggest you make with our counselors’ help. We realize that recovery cannot be categorized into a one-size-fits-all solution, which is why we offer different durations for treatment, including a 30, 60, or 90-day program.

If you are still struggling with active addiction when you begin a program, you may want to consider first going through our detox plan. This program allows you to remove the influence of drugs from your body safely with the assistance of our trained staff. We recommend that you let one of our intake specialists know if you are still in active addiction when you first reach out to us, this way we can provide you with more information about our detox program.

30-Day Rehab

Our 30-day program supplies you with the initial steps that you need to take to establish and develop your sobriety. While it’s true that you are no longer consuming your drug of choice, simply not partaking in drug activity doesn’t equate to complete abstinence. During this time, you will interact with other residents in different therapy sessions and other general events that we host around our facility. These first 30 days are an ideal time to begin to heal and understand the work that you will need to do to maintain your sobriety for the rest of your life.

60-day Rehab

A 60-day program gives you a more extended period to learn more about yourself and what may have led to your addiction. You will still take part in the same therapy and activities that you did during your first 30 days. However, you will be able to explore more of yourself so this way you can learn what to do to avoid falling back into unhealthy habits. Remember, you can adjust your time frame for treatment at any point, so feel free to extend your program as you feel comfortable.

90-Day Long Term Rehab

When possible, we always suggest that our clients take part in our 90-day long-term rehab program. This program provides you with the extended support and encouragement you need to navigate through the first few critical days and weeks of your newfound sobriety. A 90-day program also gives you the time to adapt and adjust to healthy habits and routines, which provides you with a better chance of not falling back into your addictive behavior.
