How Long Does Rehab Last for King of Prussia Residents?

What Types of Durations Are There?

When you are ready to overcome an addiction, it’s important to remember there are many facets of a recovery plan. Two of the critical decisions you will need to make when you come to Legacy Healing Center in South Florida are whether you will work through our inpatient or our outpatient program and your program’s duration.

At Legacy Healing, we recognize that you can never take a “one-size-fits-all” approach to treatment, which is why we offer programs that last anywhere from 30, 60 up to 90 days. Our team will work with you personally to determine which duration is best for you, which will provide you with the best possible opportunity to achieve long-term sobriety and overall happiness in your life.

Before you make the decision regarding the length of your treatment plan, if you are still in active addiction, you should first consider working through our detox program. A detox program gives you the chance to withdraw from your drug or drink of choice with the peace of mind of knowing that you are under the care of trained professionals who can help you if your withdrawal symptoms become more severe.

Benefits of 30, 60, and 90-Day Rehabs

Whether you decide to enroll in our 30, 60, or 90-day treatment plan, you can rest assured that you are taking a definitive step toward improving your quality of life as well as your overall health. Whether you decide to work through an inpatient or an outpatient program, you are choosing to change the people, places, and things around you that may be triggering your addiction.

Once you realize that you need help with your addiction and enroll in one of our programs, we will work with you as you begin to participate in our various forms of therapy. The primary forms of therapy that we offer at Legacy Healing include individual counseling, group therapy, and behavioral therapy.

We also give you the chance to take part in family therapy. It’s important to remember that addiction is a family disease. As a result, it’s possible that your family members may have felt some of the impact of your illness while you were in active addiction. Family therapy gives you and your loved ones the chance to talk about the feelings and emotions that you and they may have regarding your addiction and recovery so that you can begin to heal as a family unit. We will coordinate with you to ensure that you are ready to participate in family therapy when the time comes.

What Happens After Rehab?

One of our clients’ understandable concerns will happen once their treatment program at Legacy Healing is done. Our team understands the value of our continued support, which is why we developed our Addiction Aftercare program. If you are interested in participating in various alumni activities, remaining in contact with the Legacy team for your continued therapy, or receiving recovery coaching and guidance, this program is for you. Our team members can speak with you more about our Addiction Aftercare program either when you first reach out to us or toward the end of your treatment plan.
