Benefits of 30, 60 and 90-Day Rehabs

After years of experience in behavioral health, we understand that recovery programs cannot operate under a “one size fits all” premise. With this in mind, we offer our patients a personalized approach to creating their treatment program. We take many factors into consideration but first and foremost we listen to your goals and any restrictions that you may have when it comes to attending treatment.

Our 30-day program is ideal for a patient who realizes that he or she needs help in overcoming their addiction but feel unease about the premise of attending a rehab program. During these 30 days, you will take part in various forms of therapy while developing healthy habits and routines.

The 60-day treatment program is an extension of our 30-day program. Our 60-day program gives you the opportunity to build on the schedule that you developed during your initial 30-day program. You will still take place in the same types of therapy that you did during your first 30-days and give yourself a better opportunity to explore what led you to addiction in the first place.

If you have struggled with long-term addiction, we always recommend that you consider participating in our 90-day treatment program. While every program provides you with a safe and secure environment, our 90-day program gives you the important support and structure that you need to improve the chances of sustaining your sobriety.

Regardless of the duration of the program that you choose, you will need to make the decision as to whether you enroll in our inpatient program or our patient program. The main difference between inpatient and outpatient treatment is that during inpatient treatment you will live at our facility. We will provide you with a comfortable bed to sleep in every night and eat delicious and nutritious food every day.

We understand, however, that inpatient treatment is not always a viable option for every patient which is why we created our outpatient program.  This treatment plan is more flexible and gives you the option to come to our facility at set times and days to receive addiction counseling.

What Happens After Rehab?

Many patients that enroll in one of our faith-based drug rehab programs worry about what will happen once they leave our facility. While it is true that the idea of going back out into the “real world” may be a scary thought, the reality is that your time in treatment will provide you with the tools you need to face any challenge head-on. Once you are done with your program, one of the first things that we recommend that you do is find places that offer meetings around your home. This helps to reinforce the thinking and habits that you learned while you were in rehab.

Another step that our team recommends that you take is taking part in our Addiction Aftercare program. Do you need assistance in finding a nearby meeting? Are you popping to connect with other patients that have completed their own treatment program? Addiction Aftercare gives you the chance to stay in constant contact with the Legacy Healing Center as you progress in your recovery journey.

If you find peace when you have outdoor adventures, you should make time to visit the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center. There are various trails to walk as well as numerous animal attractions including a butterfly garden and outdoor marine aquariums. It’s important to note that the different attractions of this venue are open at different times so you should check ahead before you plan your trip.

Are you interested in visiting a family-friendly venue just minutes away from Deerfield Beach? Be sure to schedule time to visit Sugar Sand Park. This park is filled with a science museum, field house, and walking paths. Sugar Sand Park is also filled with a playground, a carousel, and different sports fields. Keep a special eye out for different events that the park hosts throughout the year. The park is open seven days a week as late as 11 PM Monday through Saturday.

Physical activity is a great way to help keep your mind and body healthy. The Deerfield Beach Tennis Center offers a great environment where you can take part in tennis games. The tennis center opens as early as 8 AM so you can get in a round of tennis before it gets too hot.
