Inpatient Drug Rehab For Brooklyn, NY Residents

What Is Inpatient Drug Rehab?

When you are ready to commit yourself to a plan to overcome your addiction, you must have the safe and protected environment that you need and deserve to begin to navigate through the various aspects of your recovery. Our inpatient treatment program does just that. The Legacy Healing Center team in South Florida works personally with you to develop a treatment plan that matches your goals for living a healthy and sober life. We provide you with all of the amenities of home to relax and focus on the steps you need to take to overcome your addiction.

How Long Does Rehab Take?

One of the common questions that many of our prospective clients ask of our recovery specialists revolves around the duration of their time in treatment. First and foremost, it’s important to remember that your addiction did not develop overnight. Therefore, you cannot expect to recover from your addiction in a matter of just a few days. We also understand that many of our clients may have more flexibility to commit to a more extended program, whereas others can only commit to a shortened amount of time. This is why we offer treatment plans that run between 30, 60, and 90 days.

What Type of Therapy Happens at Rehab?

We believe in a holistic approach to recovery, which entails participation in several different therapy options. Group therapy, behavioral therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy are all examples of counseling that will be incorporated into your treatment program as you begin to progress. Remember, if you have concerns or questions regarding the type of therapy that we offer, you can either ask for more information from one of our recovery specialists during your initial call or speak to our team member when you get here.

30-Day Rehab

The first 30 days of your sobriety are some of the most important days of your life. This is your initial taste of what it is to live life without being under the influence of drugs and genuinely begin to absorb the lessons you need to learn to maintain your sobriety for the rest of your life. Therapy will play a central role in your recovery plan. Group therapy, behavioral therapy, and individual therapy are all forms of therapy you will experience during your time at Legacy.

Sadly, it’s not uncommon for your family relationships to be negatively impacted due to your addiction. When you feel as though you are ready, we can offer you the chance to participate in family therapy with your loved ones. This form of treatment gives you the opportunity to begin to reconnect with your family and allows them to start to recover from the effects of your addiction. Our team will work with you to determine when you are ready to participate in family therapy actively.

60-Day Rehab

Our 60-day program is a middle-of-the-ground program between our shorter 30-day treatment option and our long-term 90-day treatment option. During this time, you will continue building and developing the tools you learned during your first 30 days. You will still experience the same forms of therapy that you did in your first 30 days and continue to heal physically and emotionally.

90-Day Long-Term Rehab

When possible, we will recommend that you take advantage of our 90-day long-term treatment plan. This treatment option gives you the best possible opportunity to be able to achieve lifelong sobriety. A 90-day plan gives you an extended amount of time to grow and get a solid grasp on the tools and information you are learning at Legacy. Keep in mind that if you begin a 30 or 60-day program and you would like to extend your program to 90 days, we can always coordinate that for you.
