What Types of Durations Are There?

When you are starting to work today developing a treatment plan, it’s critical to keep in mind that you have a number of different options at Legacy Healing Center in South Florida when it comes to your recovery. One of the leading questions that we receive from prospective clients revolves around a treatment plan’s duration. Benefits of 30, 60, and 90-Day Rehabs

There are numerous benefits of enrolling in a 30, 60, or 90-day treatment plan. Regardless of your program’s length, you are making a conscious decision to change the people, places, and things around you that may have influenced your addiction. We offer two treatment models to our clients, which come in the form of inpatient and outpatient plans. If you decide to participate in our inpatient program, you will stay on our campus during the course of your treatment, whereas outpatient clients will come to Legacy at set days and times.

One of the other benefits of enrolling in one of our treatment plans is that it allows you to address your addiction’s root cause and what you can do to prevent a relapse in the future. We help you accomplish this by setting up a time for you to participate in different therapy forms. Examples of the type of counseling that we offer include behavioral, group, and individual therapy.

Understandably, your family may have felt the brunt of your addiction as well. During your time at Legacy, you will have the chance to address these issues with your loved ones during family therapy. This process allows you to begin building up your relationship with the people in your life that are important to you. It’s also an excellent chance to show your family members the good and healthy changes that you have made in your life to get to a better place with yourself and with them.

What Happens After Rehab?

In some cases, clients may feel overwhelmed as they prepare to return home after their stay at Legacy. To make this critical transition more comfortable, we developed our Addiction Aftercare program. This program allows alumni to remain in touch with the team at Legacy and also puts them in contact with other clients that have completed their own respective program.

Addiction Aftercare not only provides you with addiction support as you begin your journey, but it also gives you the flexibility to come to Legacy for different alumni events. Remember, from the moment you step through the door at Legacy, we pride ourselves on creating a family environment, which means you will always be a part of the Legacy family.
