Best Rehab for Alcohol & Drugs for Bella Vista Residents
Regardless of whether you have an addiction to drugs or alcohol, the consequences of addiction can be life-shattering. Although you can never take a “one-size-fits-all” approach to understanding addiction, there are things you can do to ease the burden that addiction causes so you can begin to move forward to a healthier and more productive life. The Legacy Healing Center team in South Florida is here to help you to do exactly that.
From the moment that you walk through the doors of our treatment facility, you will feel as though you are walking into a home away from home. Our team takes a distinct approach to recovery because many members of our staff have a unique understanding of the disease.
Many of the people on our team have either personally struggled with addiction or have a friend or family member that has gone through their own recovery process. This is just one of the reasons you can count on the fact that you will never receive any type of judgment when you come to our facility. You will only encounter acceptance and understanding for your situation and assistance in getting you to a better place in your life.
Our team is always available to speak to you about any of your questions or concerns before and during your recovery plan. We always advise our clients from the moment that they come to a drug rehab in Bella Vista to keep an open mind and an open heart to the things that you will learn. It’s possible that you may not necessarily agree with everything you hear first, or you may need further explanation about other topics. As long as you continuously understand there is always room to grow and develop in your sobriety, there is still the possibility of achieving the lifelong sobriety you deserve.

Alcohol Rehab Centers for Bella Vista Residents
One of the problems when it comes to overcoming your addiction to alcohol is that alcohol is readily available. Unlike drugs where you typically would have to purchase them illegally, you can go to a liquor store as soon as it opens in the morning and drink throughout the day. You can also stop by a bar or restaurant that serves alcohol every night of the week and indulge in your drink of choice. Legacy Healing Center provides you with a safe and protected environment where you can begin to put the pieces of your life back together.
Addiction Treatment Centers
for Bella Vista Residents
We work closely with you to develop a treatment plan to help you recognize your recovery goals. As a result, there are many decisions that you will be able to make when it comes to your treatment plan. Over and above deciding the length of your treatment plan, one of the other important decisions you will need to make revolves around whether you will participate in our inpatient or outpatient program.
Clients who decide to participate in our inpatient program will benefit from living on our campus for a set period. We will provide you with all of the amenities that you can expect at home, plus much more. When you are not participating in therapy, you will have the option to sit back with a good book from our library, grabbing a snack or meal made by one of our incredible chefs, or working out with one of our personal trainers. If there is anything more that we can do for you during the time that you are with us, please let us know. We will do everything to accommodate your request to help you feel more relaxed during your recovery.
We realize that many of our clients do not have the flexibility to participate in our inpatient program. However, these clients still realize the fact that they need help in overcoming their addiction. For the clients, we offer an outpatient program. Although this program does not provide the around-the-clock care that a client would receive in an inpatient program, you can still rest assured that you will get the personalized attention you need during the time you are here. Outpatient clients will come to our location on certain days and times throughout the week for treatment. You will coordinate with our team to work out a schedule that does not impede your personal or professional responsibilities but still help you address your addiction.
Inpatient and outpatient clients will still participate in the same therapy forms during the course of their program. Group therapy will play a central role in your recovery plan. When you are in the midst of recovering from an addiction, you must take steps to make connections with other people that may be struggling with the same emotions as you. Group therapy gives you an excellent opportunity to do just that by allowing you to express your feelings about a topic associated with addiction or recovery. In turn, you will listen to the thoughts of other people in your group. You may come to find that you are not the only person who thinks a certain way about a specific topic, which can help you feel more comfortable during your recovery.
Another essential form of therapy that you will experience during the course of your recovery is individual recovery. We realize that you may not feel comfortable talking about certain events in your life in front of other people yet. Individual therapy allows you to talk about these experiences in a one-on-one setting. You can also talk about how you feel that you are progressing in your treatment program and make any changes or adjustments that need to be made during these sessions. Of course, something comes up between sessions, and we will always make time to speak with you to address the occurrence.
Sadly, one of the consequences of addiction is that the relationship you have with your family and loved ones tend to suffer. If you realize this has happened in your life, we will give you the chance to participate in family therapy when you are ready to do so. During these sessions, you will be able to speak to your loved ones in a neutral setting. You will have the opportunity to begin to talk about your recovery and how your loved ones were likely hurting during your addiction. From there, you can start to develop a plan with your family members to be able to put your relationship back together.
It’s not uncommon for mental illness and addiction to go hand-in-hand for many clients. For clients that fall into this category, we offer the option of behavioral therapy. Behavioral therapy will help you combat both your addiction and mental illness during your recovery. You will learn specific tools that will help you to moderate both of these critical components. Additionally, you will come to realize that mental illness is not something that you need to be embarrassed by. Instead, mental illness is quite common in today’s day and age and, with the right type of treatment, it can be managed.
How Much Does Rehab Cost?
One of the leading reasons our clients decide to Legacy Healing Center for assistance in overcoming their addiction is that we work with every client to develop their own personal treatment plan. We understand that there is a story behind every person that comes to our facility. These unique differences mean that every client has their individual needs. As such, the cost associated with your treatment plan will likely be different from that of another client.
We never want the potential cost of your treatment plan to hold you back from reaching out to one of our recovery specialists. Our team will always do everything we can to work with you so you can come to Legacy for care. We work with and accept several private insurance providers, which can help offset your care cost. A recovery specialist will provide you with more information when you first reach out to us.

How Does Drug Detox Work?
Before you think about beginning a treatment plan to address your drug addiction, you must first ensure that your mind and body are no longer under the influence of your drug of choice. Taking the step to work through a detox program before you begin your treatment program only improves the possibility of you making the most out of your time at Legacy.
Within a few hours of the time you consumed your drug of choice, you will begin to feel the physical and emotional consequences of withdrawal. Many clients have indicated that they feel as though they have a terrible case of the flu. Part of the problem is that it’s impossible to predict precisely how you will feel during this critical time, and the likelihood that you may not be able to take care of yourself during this period is high. This is just one of the reasons why it’s never recommended you try to go through the detox process unless you are under the care of a trained professional.
How Does Alcohol Detox Work?
Alcohol detox is very similar to drug detox in the sense that the premise is the same. You will only be able to fully commit to a treatment plan only when you are no longer under the influence of your drink of choice. Alcohol rehab usually lasts roughly a week, with the worst days of that week, usually between the second and the third day. Common withdrawal symptoms that clients will experience include nausea, shakiness, and a sharp increase in their anxiety.
How Long Is Rehab?
As addiction experts, we understand that every client has different needs, which is just one reason why we offer different program durations. For clients who are unsure about the various dynamics of a treatment program but are still recognizing that they need assistance in overcoming their addiction, we offer a 30-day program. These first 30-days will expose you to the first essential lessons that are associated with lifelong sobriety.
Our 60-day program is a middle-of-the-ground program between a shorter 30-day program and our long-term 90-day program. Your 60-day plan will help you better understand the lessons you learned during your first 30-days. Our longer 90-day program will provide you with an extended period for you to focus on your recovery. Keep in mind that if you begin with a 30-day program and decide that you would like to adjust your treatment plan to a 60 or 90-day schedule, we can always make those changes for you.
Does My Insurance Have Coverage for Rehab?
It has only been in the last few years that it’s been widely accepted that addiction is a disease and not something that a person ever asks for or wants. As a result, many private insurance companies may now offer to cover some if not all of your stay at Legacy Healing Center. It’s important to remember that every insurance company is different concerning their coverage. While it’s true that many insurance companies may cover your entire stay at Legacy, many others may not be willing to cover a detox program or will not cover your time at our facility if you recently went through a program at another facility.
If you are unsure about your coverage terms, a member of our team can assist you. We always recommend that you tell our recovery specialist about your private insurance coverage when you initially call in. From there, we can help you to determine the terms of your coverage and assist you in cutting through any of the red tape that is often associated with insurance.

Attractions Near Bella Vista
Bella Vista is located within the Philadelphia area, which means that there are plenty of fun things to do in the area that do not involve drugs or alcohol. Understandably, you may not have paid attention to these fun places during the time that you were in active addiction. When you return home to the Bella Vista area, it’s not surprising that you will want to visit some of these great venues. However, before you do so, we always caution our clients that you should develop a healthy routine. Locating 12-step meetings in the area will go a long way in helping to reinforce the critical tools and lessons that you learned during your time in Legacy. From there, you can make plans to visit some of these wonderful sober-friendly attractions either on your own or with your friends or family members.
