Marlene Holmes MSW, RCSWI, PhD, was born in Louisville, Kentucky into a military family. Her exposure to diversity amongst different cultures and countries ignited her passion for social work. She is an accomplished social worker who specializes in co-occurring disorders for both adults and youth. After obtaining her graduate degree in social work, she has dedicated her career to the growth and development of all populations. She is a certified meditation instructor who works with adults to overcome trauma and live their best life. In addition she volunteers at organizations and universities to prepare young adults for college. Marlene not only obtained her master’s degree in social work from the University of Central Florida, but she is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in social work. Marlene strives to assist clients with identifying their strengths to fulfill their purpose.
